What great Hugo choices! Neil Gaiman just blogged the event in his journal: http://www.neilgaiman.com/journal/
BTW, according to David Langford's home page ( http://www.ansible.co.uk/">http://www.ansible.co.uk/">http://www.ansible.co.uk/ ), he has a book in the works, _The SEX Column and other misprints_ , coming soon from Cosmos Books.

Very good choices for the Hugos this year, although I would have had other picks for the Novella of the year and The John Cambell Award: Karin Lowachee.

Once again, many thanks to everyone! Fandom is definitely too kind to me. Even Martin Hoare failed to exercise his privilege of waking me up at 4am.... But why are fans dropping mysterious hints about my Sinister Influence? What _has_ that exquisitely suited Mr Gaiman been saying about me? A transcript is eagerly awaited....

Martin didn't wake you? Well, what do we PAY him for? Hmph. Langford, you're the best. Anyone who can make ME laugh as much as you do, all the time - you gotta be.
