Monty Wells, a member of the Noreascon Three and Boston for Orlando in 2001 committees, died April 15, 1998 after a long battle with cancer. We are all going to miss him.

Boston for Orlando in 2001, after consulting with our presupporters and exploring all possible options, last night voted to select, as the site for our bid to host the 59^th World Science Fiction Convention, the Dolphin & the Swan, two hotels located on Disney World in Florida, USA.
