N4 Bulletin Board Open

One last time, the bulletin board is not open. the discussion blogs are open.
Torcon3 had a BBS. Not a good BBS but it was not a blog. You could add a topic called "Need ride from Florida". You could add a topic called "Need a ride from Iowa". Each would have it's own thread responses. People from Iowa didn't have to wade thru the Florida response. And Florida didn't have to read about Iowa.
I predict that the Ride and Room sections will have a bunch of ticked off people come August.
